Week Five
Before I link you to the results, I have to warn you, there are ALOT of teams in the zero column on the list this week. Some are from not calling in and some are from gains. (you know who you are :-) )
We're halfway finished in this journey, don't give up now!! The weather is warming up so get outside and move. Remember, the calories you eat AND drink MUST be less than the calories you burn in order to lose weight. Check out the mypyramid website for lots of great information about about how many calories a person needs each day, depending on their activity level or contact our office and we can help with any questions you have.
We're on the homestretch now so increase your activity, decrease your calories and finish strong. You'll begin to notice every day how much better you feel as you become healthier. You can do it and you'll be so glad you did!
The list of leaders can be found here. Have a great week!

Week Two
Another good week, although it seems Valentine's Day might have caused a problem for some of you. It's only the second week so don't get discouraged, just dust yourself off and get back on track.
Remember the key is to eat less and move more. There really shouldn't be alot of foods that you think you "can't" eat. That will make you feel deprived and you'll be more likely to fail. Don't forget, moderation is the key.
