Week Two

Another good week, although it seems Valentine's Day might have caused a problem for some of you. It's only the second week so don't get discouraged, just dust yourself off and get back on track.

Remember the key is to eat less and move more. There really shouldn't be alot of foods that you think you "can't" eat. That will make you feel deprived and you'll be more likely to fail. Don't forget, moderation is the key.

Sorry everyone. Our office is closed today due to the weather. We'll have the Week One results up as soon as possible Wednesday morning. We had lots of great numbers yesterday! Great job everyone!

Date Change

The "The More You Know" event previously scheduled for Tuesday, February 9 has been changed to Tuesday, March 2.

Please be sure everyone on your team is aware of this change and DON'T FORGET to call in/email/come by the office to weigh in on Monday before 5:30!!
