ReplyDeleteIt's important to remember that making healthy food choices is important because your body needs the nutrients to fuel your body. Also, starving yourself is not a healthy option because your body then protects its fat stores and instead uses lean tissue or muscle to provide it with some of the calories it needs to keep functioning. The loss of muscle in turn lowers your metabolic rate and slows weight loss.
